CUSTOMER NOTICE - PRICE INCREASE

This is something I've been putting off for some time, however after recently receiving my electric & water bills that have both tripled plus in the last year I have no choice but to adjust the salon pricing.
From Monday 6th January 2025 the price increase will be based on breed, size, coat condition, behaviour and scheduling (time between grooms).
Most breeds are recommended 6 to 8 weekly however breeds that should fall in this time frame and are booked outwith this time frame will incur a higher increase. We cannot groom a 'dirty' coat prior to bathing this means it takes more product to wash the dog, more water and a longer drying time.
Additional costs will be incurred for matting, temperament & behaviour, fleas. etc
🐶Handstripping will stay at the same hourly rate for now.
🐶Bath & Blow dry appts will also increase in price -
*Small breeds under 5kg £3 increase
*Medium breeds up to 12kg £4 increase
*Large breeds over 13kg £5 increase
🐶Deshed appts will increase for the first time in 4 years by £5 for dogs over 10kg.
Miniature Schnauzers that received a price increase in 2024 will stay the same.

Phew. What a week! It’s Christmas 🎄🎅🏼
That’s the salon closed until Monday 6th January 2025 - the work phone is switched off 🥰
I cannot thank everyone enough for your support this year. And a big thank you for all of our lovely gifts this Christmas. ♥️

A wee reminder coming into our busiest period of the year.

We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
- 24 hours or less notification, we require full payment.
I fully understand life gets in the way at times. However we provide a 48 hour reminder text and I still have wages and bills to cover.
