Happy Saturday everyone.

I hope you have all had a great start to 2025 and I can’t thank you enough for being part of my ongoing journey as grooming clients, puppy owners or friends and family.

I’ve had a few no shows or forgotten appointments in the last few weeks which are very costly, and while I completely understand we’re all busy and can so easily forget, my diary is fully booked for at least the next three month so fitting in missed clients means me giving up a rare day or half day off.

I will be sending reminders on a Sunday for the coming weeks and I hope that helps, but in the future any missed appointments without response to reminders will mean cancellation charges or loss of regular slots.

Also the dreaded £££ increase.

From 1st March I will have a small increase to grooming prices (trying not to have to work seven days a week) but these will also be confirmed in the Sunday texts.

More than anything, thank you for trusting me with your beloved dogs and for all the Christmas Prosecco and chocolates 🥰🥰

A novel use for cockapoo hair last night after I found a newly hatched sparrow at my door. Safely delivered to Baby Beaks Garden Bird Rescue this morning where he or she will receive the best possible care 🥰
