Due to a no-shows again, can I please advise that I will be taking a deposit again at the time of booking, from today.
I cannot afford to keep being let down, when I can offer an appointment to someone who generally needs it. If I get less than 24h notice you WILL HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE.

This is not fair on any small business 😡

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to personally inform you of an upcoming change that will impact our service to you. Starting 1/06/2024 we will be transitioning to part-time operating hours.

This decision was made to improve work-life balance, enhance customer service quality, etc. While my hours may be reduced, please rest assured that we remain committed to serving you with the same level of dedication and quality you have come to expect from us.

Our new operating hours will be as follows: Tuesday Wednesday. Thursday 9 till 4:30 If you have any urgent inquiries or need assistance outside of these hours please message me
