Back on the feed! Finally…. 😆

Happy new year puppers. It’s been a crazy ride these past few months and it’s showing no sign of slowing down now so a huuuge thank you for keeping me busy and out of trouble.

2024 goals:
1) achieve a 6 figure business
2) finally have a studio to work in again!
3) keep creating more exciting shizzle for you all

Oh and try and find the time to post more regularly on the feed. 🙈 First up here’s a ginormous look at one of my fave 2023 upcycles from fabric scraps for the gorgeous Thea. This just screams Springtime to me.

One reversible jacket for Chinese New Year & Valentines Day all ready to go. 🧵🪡

From 2 unwanted thrift shop skirts and a scrap of net curtain, to a 3 piece Chanel inspired suit!

Taking upcycling to the extreme with the only new things here being the double C’s detail on that skirt. Featuring a fully lined collarless jacket with faux leather trim (from a pair of old trousers), a ruched and lined skirt with faux leather elasticated waist band and corsage detail plus a lacy button back shirt with pearl trimmed collar, ruffled cuffs and detachable faux leather bow.

The brief was to create a show stopping monochrome look. Did I do it?

WOWZERS! I’d just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part in the live fabric sale on Friday night… 31 confirmed bespoke orders and counting! 😳

This went waaaay above my wildest expectations and has smashed all live sale records since I first started doing them!

I cannot thank you all enough for your continued support and faith in me to create little snippets of doggy couture for you all.

I’ve had a couple of hectic family days over the weekend so I’ll be sending out invoices tomorrow morning to everyone who ordered.

Who can remember any of these designs? Some ready to wear and some bespoke. Bonus points if you remember them all!

I love looking back and seeing how certain things have evolved and what has stayed the same. Right now I feel like I’m more creative than ever and really finding my feet in everything I’m working on.

A very special up-cycle this week for one of my lovely stateside customers. Creating our signature Trackie jacket from the wardrobe of a beloved family member now sadly passed.

What was a dress and 2 T-shirts is now a Frenchie sized jacket to help her memory live on forever. 💜💜💜

Thank you for the honour of turning your cherished items into something else for you.

It’s a late ‘Trending Tuesday’ as I’ve been glued to my machines all day.

Next up for Autumn/Winter 23 trends is the perennial fave that is all things plaid, checked and tartan.

Whittling down my fave looks over the years with this fabric was sooo hard. It’s one I absolutely love and I use it so much. And it’s now big news for the new season!

It’s too good a trend!

I know it’s the second day of posting about this, but there’s only so much room on a carousel and I really wanted to feature these beautiful pups in perhaps the most popular floral fabric we’ve ever had!

Gorgeous dark satin oriental inspired flowers and leaves made this hoodie and Trackie jacket design the ultimate luxury streetwear look.

And guess who kicked it off? Our very own ! A custom request for a fabulous jacket lead to more and more requests which then led to an official launch of 2 products! 😃

THROWBACK THURSDAY
- 2016 edition -

Here’s a little glimpse of what we looked like a year after starting and a year before officially launching.

I was mostly just creating bespoke requests (a bit like now! 😃) and our look was very country cool with eclectic tartans, tweeds and florals.

I designed mostly shirts (all French seamed as this was before I invested in an overlocker), reversible cape coats and statement jackets.
