Just to let you all know the long grass area was due to be cut several weeks ago . Because of our wet winter and spring the chap who cuts it is extremely busy hay making . We will keep you updated but please be mindful of grass seeds in paw pads and eyes 🐾🐾🐾

Our Pond has been a bit like Marmite …

So with this in mind we have decided to fill it in !!!
This started late this afternoon but unfortunately won’t be finished until Sunday evening
Please be mindful whilst using the field during this time .

Having just done our field walk ( at 6.30 am) after the recent rain we are back to square one . The field is extremely wet and muddy so if you wish to reschedule please email or text and we will do so . A big thank you to all our customers for their understanding in these difficult wet times . XL BULLY

We have now received confirmation from our Publuc Liability Company that we are covered for XL Bully’s on the following basis

🐾 The dog is registered with the index (IED) and that a copy of the life insurance is given to us .

🐾 The dog handler ratio is 1-1 with their handler at all times unless with other dogs from the same household .

🐾 If there are dogs from different households together the XL Bully will need to remain muzzled

🐾 The dog is neutered - in line with Government Rules.

🐾 The dog is microchipped.

🐾 The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field .

🐾The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field .

🐾 If the household has more than 1 dog , they can come to the field together as long as a minimum of 1 handler. All leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the XL Bully.

🐾 If there are dogs from different households , the XL Bully will need to remain muzzled and on a leash at all time with a 1-1 handler.

The above will be added to our terms and conditions in the coming weeks .
PLEASE NOTE we have a double air lock area which we would recommend owners of XL Bully’s to use by parking their vehicles in.
When booking first appt please text or email us to inform us your bringing a XL so we can meet you and you can provide us with a copy of your certificate .

POO ALERT

Clients are commenting on the amount of dog poo being left in our lovely field and tbh we’re finding more and more when we’re doing our rounds after the field is closed at the end of the day , especially at the weekends!!
We do provide poo bins either end of the field plus poo bags in case you’ve forgotten them and still people do not pick it up . It’s up to you the owner responsibility to pick up poo after your dog/s please.
We do understand that some may get missed and that despite the best intentions of trying to watch where your dog/s poo you can’t find it but PLEASE try and endeavour to pick it up .
We love our field and we know lots of you do too so please let’s all try and keep it looking special for everyone to use.

Rather a while since we put a post on here. One of our clients left a green slip lead in the field by mistake on Tuesday 8 th Aug. It has sentimental value as it belonged to his old dog . If you have picked it up and realised it’s not yours could you please let us know and we’ll get it back to the owner … thank you
