To all of my wonderful customers,

Sorry if replies or new appointments dates are slower than usual. As we all know it’s the 6 weeks holidays, so I am having a bit of much deserved time off with my perfect babies. They are at an age where making these memories are SO important! Hopefully you can all appreciate this. Although work is a top priority to me- these little beans will always be my number one!

It may be worth noting that some fleas are becoming immune to certain treatments so please check with your vet so make sure they are getting effective treatment!

Gorgeous baby boy mozzie came for his first ever groom, he was calm, confident and just a total pro! He fell fast asleep afterwards and we had some sofa snuggles and snoozes whilst we waited for mummy ❤️🐾 well done moz!!

🎁 🎂 🎈 HAPPY 3RD BIRTHDAY TO US 🎈🎂🎁 I honestly cannot believe we have made it to year 3!! When I was training, I got told that if a small business is going to fail, this is generally in the first three years. So this feels like a big achievement for me. I want to thank you for your wonderful support- especially those who have stood by me from day 1, my originals!
I have made so many friends along the way, and for that I’ll be forever grateful! Thankyou for putting up with my endless chinwags, my absolute crazy household which generally involves my children having tantrums or telling you about their day at the door, and for Bella’s increasingly high pitched yapping 🙈
I still love this job as much now, as I did from the very moment I started! And to celebrate, I am
Off on my Holibobs!!

My pet hate is chasing payments 🙈 it always makes me feel so embarrassed and awkward!
I have been thinking about this for a good few months now, and due to late payments (sometimes weeks after) and having to chase payments, I am only now accepting cash or card 🥰 I will however, accept bank transfers if it is made before or during your woofers groom.
This is not to be awkward, but merely to spare myself the extra admin and anxiety of asking for money. I really hope you can understand and appreciate this. I know we all forget- I’m guilty of it myself, but unfortunately it is becoming more of a regular occurance.
