This is not fun for her, this is not fair on her.
She’s doing a great job taking care of them. We wish we could tell her just a little more time and the babies will be through weaning. Not long beautiful girl, we are so proud of you and we are so excited to see you blossom into YOU.

Wow, what a few weeks it has been!
We have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get a number of cats to safety.
This is Cosmo and Princess, the most perfect brother and sister.
They have come from a place with ‘owners’, where they were trapped outside in all weathers, had curry thrown at them, constant breeding, abuse, neglect and untreated illnesses! This is all in their short 6 months of life.
There was a whole 8 of them. Two 8 week old kittens that we picked up a few weeks ago, after we received a call to say one had been thrown over a garden fence!
2 of them have been handed back to the ‘owners’ (not by us) and we have no power to be able to remove unless surrendered and this is being refused.
1 boy has been gratefully adopted by the ladies who have been helping us on this mission for the last 3 weeks.
That leaves just one, this poor boy is currently in the vets undergoing treatment for serious illness and the truth is, we don’t know if he is going to make it!
Please don’t get cats if you can’t look after them, please don’t get cats if you are going to breed them and DON’T GET CATS IF YOU CANT AFFORD THEM.
We would like to send out a massive thank you to Lauren Sarah Ham and Bexs Underwood for working tirelessly with us over the last 3 weeks to get these babies to safety. 🫶
We will do everything we can to get the rest of the family but it is not looking likely and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it, heartbreaking isn’t it?
An update from Bluey & violets new owners 💙💜
“Bluey and violet (now Zazu and Rafiki) have been settling in well! Rafiki is quieter, whereas Zazu has a very outgoing personality. The taming process is still going on, with them now being comfortable to eat out of my hand - Zazu is even beginning to learn how to step up!
They’re still bonding with our other budgies and will eventually be together as a flock and we can’t wait for that to happen!
We couldn’t imagine life without them now 🥰”

Pedro and Prince are still looking for their forever home. These two beautiful boys are 2 & 3 years old.
They need a patience to begin with as they take a while to settle in but our amazing foster carer has worked tirelessly with them and once they are settled they are an absolute dream!
