Update from Shadow and Lisa,

''As it is nearly Christmas, I thought I would update you on how the cats
are doing.

As you can see, they are adept at making themselves comfortable.

Lisa has filled out a little since we got her, but not too much. She was
very young and quite skinny.

We have not managed to reduce Shadow's weight - but he has not put any on.

He has also mainly stopped using the sofa as a scratching post, having
learned from Lisa that it is better to use the actual scratching posts,
especially if there is a treat balanced on top.

At this time of the year, it i usual to wake up with one or other - and
sometimes both - snuggled up in bed.

However both has a habit of turning into a game of chase round the
bedrooms, where you are never quite sure who is chasing who - and
weren't they the other way round a second ago.

Followed by a pincer movement, as two sets paws appear to get us out of
bed to give them breakfast.

Once again, thank you for letting us adopt them.''

Update from Dottie cat,

''Morning Blackberry Farm Team,

Just a little update on Dottie, she's settled in like a dream, she loves sitting on our laps to watch a bit of tv but also loves to chase the feather/laser like a lunatic. She also really enjoys working from home with us, sitting next to us on our desks. Dottie is eating well and back onto regular food with no problems.

She seems really happy and we are so pleased she has moved in.

We will send you some updates in the new year.

Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas,''

Update from Charlie cat;

''Charlie is continuing to do well and bonding with her new family. She loves chasing her brother Brian and playing with him and their toys together. Sheโ€™s growing up slowly and not trying to steal the food off our plates, sheโ€™s funny and mischievous though as youโ€™ll see from some of the photos ๐Ÿคฃ''

Update from Skye cat in her new home;

''I thought I would send you a photo of Skye in her new home. She has settled in well and has adopted the sofa as her new favourite place. She is very playful by herself and is slowly letting us play with her.

Thank you for taking such good care of her before we met her.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas.''

Christmas Tales of Kindness: Day 3 ๐ŸŽ„

Kessie was one of three dogs involved in a hunting investigation, where she suffered extensive injuries which left her with permanent scarring.

After a lengthy rehabilitation at Rspca Blackberry Farm Animal centre, this sweet girl successfully landed on her paws in a home that loves her just the way she is, and she's now looking forward to spending Christmas surrounded by her favourite people and plenty of toys!

With your support, we can bring more animals like Kessie to safety this Christmas. Join the Christmas Rescue today: https://bit.ly/4h0QDfn

Update from Andie cat

''Hi all

Thought we would let you know that Andromeda (Andie) has settled in really well into her new (and forever) home. Please see the attached.

Please could you clarify what material/stitching was used when she was spayed? Our vet would like to know as this is not on her medical notes. ''
