Karma Dogs is run by Ally, an APDT and IMDT accredited dog trainer. She offers bespoke, one to one training tailored around your needs and practiced in the real world using reward based techniques. Ally can help you with your new puppy, your rehomed dog, your adult dog or your working gundog.

Met Tiki this morning, starting her puppy foundation training. She quickly learnt the hand touch, and that 4 paws on the floor got rewarded. Set her up with a puppy pen to help her with her around the youngster in the house, and played tug and drop. She is a bright, lively and very trainable little lass. ❤️

Delighted to be working remotely with Mimi, and her mum helping her settle into her new home and learn some puppy skills. She is learning to be settled in her bed, and a good sleep routine, ways to prevent her puppy biting & appropriate chews for her. Plus some foundations like learning her name, puppy recall, hand touch to help move her quickly to another area, and play and drop. Mimi is a little sweetheart. 🥰

Lovely 4th session with Bertie today. He went for a mooch with Stanley and enjoyed himself whilst learning some dog body language cues. Then home to work on his settle, and not long afterwards he was calmly chilling out. Foot on lead or a settle mat to help him with a visual cue to settle. Well done Bertie, you were a star today! 🤩⭐️🥰

Our Story

Karma Dogs aims to help people gain a better relationship with their dogs. Ally is an accredited dog trainer with a passion for helping dog owners and their dogs. She has been training her dogs for over 8 years, and has developed a passion for gundog training. In 2017 she was awarded Full Membership to the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT) and in 2018 was assessed by The Association of Pet Dog Trainers and was awarded full membership (APDT membership number 01363). She continues to attend a wide range of seminars and courses and in her spare time loves to work and compete with her own dogs, and has won a number of working test awards.
