Dainichi Showa Grow on Event!!!
So it goes without saying I’m quite excited about this one. I’ve teamed up with Chris from JPN Koi Co to facilitate this one. There is a wider project we are working on that we will announce in due course but for now, here are the details of the event….
- Each ticket is priced at *£175ea* Or we are doing a special 2 for *£300*. Within this price you’ll get 3 months of growing fees included. These Tosai are being given a 2000 gallon pond to themselves & fed exclusively on Saki Growth & Colour & will be sat at 24 degrees over winter.
- The Koi involved in the event are the exact Koi you see in the video. Once through QT we will picture & release in lucky draw style.
- In the unlikely event of death or significant body & or pigment issues, a full credit will be allocated.
- We are also adding an element of competition to the mix…

Once out of QT the selection of Koi will be entered into the event & then your name will be drawn at random. If you are picked first then you’ll have the choice of the first 50, if you’re second you’ll have 49 to chose from & so on. Given the price point & estimated sizes I don’t think anyone will be disappointed.
You’ll get updates along the way & needless to say with the knowledge & pond space available for these we are very excited to see what can be achieved.
Needless to say this is a very unique opportunity as Dainichi Showa Tosai are very rarely available, particularly not from two of their most prestigious lineages (Monroe & Mona Lisa).
