i’ve made the tough decision to close at the end of August due to health issues. just wanted to say thank you to everyone for your continued support and letting me beautify all your beautiful doggies🩷 I am absolutely gutted i’m having to do this and am going to miss seeing the cutest pooches ever and getting to spend time with dogs all day everyday💗

some info for road closures for this Saturday (29th of April). Fort Street will be closed and traffic will be heavy so please take this into consideration when planning your journey to attended your appointment

TRAVEL: To facilitate the Pavillion Festival Music Event taking place at the Low Green, Ayr on Saturday 29 April various road closures and waiting restrictions will be implemented

On 6th April 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 62 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order In support of the Colours Music Event

Road Closures – no access for unauthorised vehicles:

Esplanade from Blackburn Drive to Charlotte Street;
Blackburn Drive from Esplanade to Blackburn Road;
Pavilion Road/Wellington Square South from Esplanade to Alloway Place;
Bath Place/Wellington Square North from Esplanade to Fort Street;
St Germain-En-Laye between Bath Place and Pavilion Road;
Queens Terrace Lane from Bath Place to Charlotte Street;
Queens Terrace from Bath Place to Charlotte Street;
Cassillis Street/Wellington Square/Wellington Lane from Charlotte Street Lane to the corner at 16 Wellington Lane

Road Closures – no access for unauthorised vehicles with exception to residents:

Wellington Lane from Alloway Place to the corner at 16 Wellington Lane;
Park Terrace from Alloway Place;
Alloway Place Lane from Wellington Lane;

The Order commences on 28 April 2023 and has a maximum duration of 4 days or until the event has ended, whichever is earlier. The Event is expected to commence from 28 April 2023 at 17:00 until 01 May 2023 at 06:00.

The Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected.

Access for residents will only be maintained for the sections of roads as described under “no access for unauthorised vehicles with exception to residents”, above. Access to these areas will be managed by event stewards who will allow resident access upon presentation of proof of address.

Beaut big girl Skye💗
Skye came in for her first ever professional grooming experience and she was a very nervous girl but with lots of reassurance (and treats) we managed to get her in and get her in the bath. It was too much for her to dry her today too but with a bit of determination and work we will get there🫶 Can’t wait to see her again💗

I’m so proud of this boy, when he first started coming he would not let me get anywhere near his head to dry it and so was nervous.
Now he is absolutely amazing and stands like the best boy for his pamper, next goal is to stop shaking his head before I take a photo🤣💗

We have a few new information pack in the salon and fridge magnets and key rings for the Veterinary Poisons Information Service and Animal PoisonLine

The Animal Poison Line is a service which can provide advice if you think your four legged friend has ingested something toxic. The lines are open 24/7 (includes a small charge).

The next time you are in pick a few leaflets or magnet up so that should you be concerned you know where to turn!

We also have lots of Pet Blood Bank UK leaflets and I am volunteering with them at Dalblair Veterinary Surgery this Sunday! Give them a google to see if your pooch could become a lifesaver💗
