Already been asked and Yes we will of course be open for those wanting to take their dogs out of town.

We have a big open sky here with views towards the coast so you may see something but definitely not close enough to Ayr to upset the dogs.

The main one to watch out for is the Typhoon which thunders through the sky.

⚠️ ✈️ Leave your dog at home this weekend during the times the Air Show is taking place in Ayr ✈️ ⚠️

This weekend there is the fantastic “Air Show” is being held on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th of September at the Low Green in Ayr🥳

As much as we love to see this spectacle, your pets will not love it as much 😬

We recommend:
👉 Don’t take your dog to the show… There will be a lot of extremely loud noises and your dog could get very stressed or spooked!
👉 Keep cats indoors if possible during the show times to avoid them getting scared and hiding!
👉 Make sure small furries like rabbits and guinea pigs who live outdoors are either brought inside, or checked on regularly that they are not scared!
👉 Check on horses regularly throughout the day that they are okay in the field or stable.
👉 Keep the curtains closed to make your pets feel safe, have the TV or radio on for some familiar sound and offer them a treat or chew to try and keep them amused!

If your pet gets extremely stressed with loud noises and you are concerned, call us in advance today or tomorrow and we can try to help 📞☺️

Our notice boards are needing a good clean and revamp. Some posters get a bit damp, sun kissed and tatty over time.
If you would like to advertise your dog business or goods please pop your posters or cards into the letter box and we will be happy to display them on our notice boards.

🌥️WEATHER🌥️
As most of you know we close during extreme weather. We have thermometers everywhere as heat is a big consideration for our own rescues as well as the safety of our visitors.
We have rescheduled many bookings lately when it's deemed uncomfortable for the dogs.
As we are rural and on a hillside we can be a bit cooler than the town. We judge when to close based on what the conditions are HERE.
We go on veterinary guidelines as below.
* When we close the booking system is adjusted so when it's hot the times are not available! *

🐾 Our prices are the same as they have been from the start with no plan to change any time soon...

* Secure 2 acre field
£6 for 1-3 dogs for 25 min
£9 for 4-6 dogs for 25 min
£10 for 1-3 dogs for 55 min
£12 for 4-6 dogs for 55 min

* Secure Dog park
£10 for 1-3 dogs for 45 min
£12 for 4-5 dogs for 45 min.

🐾 I am sorry to say we lost our last pig recently so there is no longer pigs, nor will be in the field adjacent to the dog field.

🐾 yes we do accept dog walkers and party groups. Just get in touch via text or message via the web site.

THE PLAYPARK IS ALWAYS QUARTER PAST THE HOUR TO ON THE HOUR.

Edit: we closed off booking in the heat.

Good Morning.

What lovely weather we are having. It is to get a bit hot this afternoon. I have emailed all those booked in. I am happy to change those bookings.

We do not recommend anyone book between 11am and 6pm today or tomorrow.

We are at a family event this weekend and the place is in very capable hands. Messages may not be got to as quickly as normal please take precautions and always read the terms and conditions.

Polite reminder

👍 If you book the FIELD it's just off the road to your left. It's for bookings on or half past the hour.

👍 If you book the PLAYPARK which is up past the house bookings only ever start at quarter past the hour.

It is important you read the terms and conditions. The answers to the majority of questions I get are there.❗

👮 We do not man the gates, but do live on site and are available the vast majority of the time if needed.

⛱️ 🤒 At times of illness or breaks we do still operate and the facility will receive the same level of operational care. The property is always occupied. Just during such times we may not be able to give instant replies to messages, again most things can be answered via the T&C's if in doubt.

🐷 sad to report to Pauline's friends and admirers That she passed away this afternoon. Tucked up in her bed after a short illness. The last of our 3 piggies who came into our life 15 years ago. It has been an absolute pleasure. With a heavy heart and a lot of love I say good bye to my girl.
Thankyou especially to Chris and Emily who were very kind to Pauline esp since she became a lone ranger after the loss of her sisters in the past year.
