So what i thought was a pulled muscle 😩is a popped rib 😳it’s extremely painful however I’ll still be working.

I just wanted to make everyone aware I’ll be unable to wash the dogs next week. I may even struggle to lift them. If dogs can have collars etc on prior to pick up please so i can limit the bending and stretching until this settles it would be much appreciated.

hope it’s not this bad ! the usual build up to a puff of wind hopefully🫤 Won’t be heading to field Fri for safety reasons on roads but i’ll do racecourse if safe to do so. All Fri doggie owners will be contacted thanks for your understanding. The safety of the dogs is paramount.
