As the face mask legislation comes to an end I’d like to thank all of our customers who have complied with rules and regulations over the last two and a bit years.

We are and always will be shop based, it’s who we are, open six days a week for our customers to talk to and look at products.

SATURDAY SESSIONS!
STARTS SATURDAY 12 MARCH - 9am

No, not the boozy kind….more the getting your raw feeding regime off to a great start kind!

On your average Friday and Saturday we are now transitioning at least a couple of dozen dogs to raw. Some are new customers, some are existing customers making the change or starting with new puppies.

We are also talking to a huge number of customers who have had incomplete raw feeding advice in the past and who haven’t had the results from a change to raw that they anticipated or hoped for and who are keen to learn more about BARF model feeding.

This involves an awful lot of talking when the shop is open to serve customers.

So…..every Saturday morning from 9am until 10am when the doors are officially closed, I am going to host an open doors raw chat session where customers can go away with some notes and pointers.

It will be a free session and we would very much ask that, if you feel you are going to need talked through getting started, you make the effort to join me at 9 on a Saturday morning when I can dedicate my time to giving you the info you need.

I know this won’t work for everyone but I hope it will benefit lots of you who may find that dropping in randomly when we are busy doesn’t give you the same experience …… and us as well by empowering you to move through the start of your raw feeding journey with the confidence to self select products.

All I ask is that you arrive by 9am. You can of course leave earlier than ten when the shop will open for sales.

The upside of horrible weather is getting caught up on things that you’ve just not found the time to concentrate on…

I missed the live Raw Feeding Veterinary Society conference as I was working - so I’m all cosy, I’ve got snacks and water and I’m getting belted into the videos this afternoon 🙂

Yes, I know I’m strange !! If you’re buying from a retailer who needs to brush up on their nutritional knowledge then suggest that they join this group - a small fee each month gives access to tremendous knowledge that won’t be found elsewhere and keeps research and idea sharing going.
