Minnie very much likes her home comforts and just likes to be left alone. She will come for a stroke but it's all very much on her terms. She is a lovely older lady who is looking for that quiet home. She doesn't like much fuss or being picked up. She will sit beside you. Specific attention to her diet.

Fully health checked, vaccinated, chipped and up to date with all parasite treatment.

These beautiful indoor boys, in care through no fault of their own, are looking for a ‘together forever’ home. They are stunning grey 2yo Diesel and also stunning 3yo Gucci. They would make a fashionable addition to any family home and could live with children and a ‘cat friendly’ dog, with the usual gentle introductions. Diesel and Gucci enjoy human company almost as much as each other’s and would like their new owners not to leave them alone too long. We have lifted the body of a tabby cat (s*x unknown) from the left hand side of the B742 heading into Dalrymple from the direction of Ayr Hospital. It was lying just at the sign for Dalrymple. Quite a few houses round about although also a rural area, so could be either domestic or a farmer. We scanned the cat, but it did not appear to be chipped. If you are missing a cat matching this description, the body will be taken to Vets4Pets Ayr in the morning for storage, in case an owner comes forward. 🐾Rehomed - Keiko🐾

This is the most adorable, cuddly and confident 12 year old indoor boy, Keiko. Keiko is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and flea and worm treated. Keiko is also a thief…he will steal food at any opportunity and even from the hands of very small children! For this reason, he will need to be rehomed to a home with older ‘cat savvy’ children or adult only. He is very food oriented and should be the only cat or he’d steal the other cat’s food, too! 🐾Local Owner🐾

This lovely cat, which could just be a friendly local, has been hanging around the last two days and seems a bit lost and looking for attention, so we’re just checking to make sure it has a local owner. There has been a bit of scrapping with other cats today and we’re worried that, if it’s female, that she’s not spayed. (It could be a young male, but concerned residents think female.) Please let us know if the cat is owned and reassure us that the cat has been neutered. We’ll be scanning the cat for a microchip in the next 24 hours. 🎃🐾Still Missing - Teddy - Queens Drive area, Prestwick🐾 🎃

Teddy went missing from home three months ago today. It was Halloween. Do you remember seeing him when you were out guising with your children? Did you see him being lifted and moved? Did you see him being hit by a car? Did a cat like him appear in your area around then? Teddy’s owners just want him home, or at least to have closure; not knowing what happened to him is very hard to deal with. Please share and let us know anything you think might help. This cat - thought to be an unneutered and unchipped male - is going round the houses in the area looking for food and has been living outside for sometime. He has a few very raw war wounds. 🐾Rehomed - Pedro🐾

Sweet Pedro is 4 years old and is looking for a new home though no fault of his own. Very sadly, his owner is no longer able to care for him. Pedro has been used to living in a rural location with no traffic, so we are looking for somewhere similar for him, where he can have a nice garden and be relatively traffic free. As you can see, Pedro gave his nose a proper bash in the cat carrier; he quite likes his rugged new look, but it won’t last and will soon heal. We have two stunning pedigree Ragdolls available for rehoming. They are bonded sibling brother and sister, are 9 years old, indoor/outdoor and sociable with older children and a ‘cat friendly’ dog, but should be the only cats in the home. They are available through a change in their owner’s circumstances, and not through any fault of their own. They are in good health, and are neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped; they will shortly have a dental to ensure their teeth are in tip top condition. They will need to have a garden and a quiet street/area as this is what they have been used to. Data Protection rules apply and no information will be shared between the two parties - relinquisher and adopter. Adoption fee for both together is £220; they will come with their pedigree papers. Reaching out to our rural community; Oscar is a great cat, a big strong low maintenance boy, who just needs to have the freedom to come and go as he pleases after a settling in period. He’ll make a great mouser!

Handsome 2yo Oscar is in search of a rural/semi-rural home - a farm, smallholding, country cottage, rural village type environment, where he can choose how much interaction he has with his humans and where he can spend time in his beloved outdoors. He will need a settling in space to begin with for the first three weeks, where he can see his territory, so a conservatory, spare room, decent sized outbuilding with windows, would be ideal. This should be a space where all the resources he needs will be provided, but where he won’t be made a fuss of, or he will swipe or bite. He’s currently not a fan of being touched, but is motivated by food and will accept Dreamies, chicken, etc., if they are put in front of him, and he will also approach when his food bowl is filled. Oscar is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and flea and worm treated. We would really like to find a suitable home for him, and an owner who will adopt a hands-off approach to gain his trust, but who will provide a stable routine for him.
