Tango is a young male cat who came into our care as a stray. He’s nearing the end of his legal two week hold in care and we’re looking for a new home for him. He’ll be available after 30/10 and we’re hoping he’ll be in a home soon after that as he’s been in his foster pen long enough. He’s friendly and affectionate, but he’ll let you know when he’s had enough fussing. He could live in a quiet family home with adults only or older secondary school age children and as an only pet - we have no history for him so can’t say how he’d be with another cat or dog. These two very shy boys, age 9 weeks, are asking to be homed together to a cat experienced quiet home, where their new owners will continue to work on their confidence and socialisation. They play well together and enjoying sleeping together, too. They also enjoy being stroked, as you can see in the video, but lots of calm confident handling in their new home will be important. This wee 9 month old came into our care after being found straying in a garden where she’d had kittens. She is a very gentle, nervous wee girl, who is easily startled, but she enjoys being stroked and has the loudest purrs. She will soon settle into a quiet home. She could live with another ‘cat friendly’ cat with a gentle introduction, but she doesn’t seem to like dogs. She’d be better suited to a quiet adult only home or a family where the children are in their teens. She’d like outdoor access in time, after she has settled in to her new home. Pretzel came into our care as a stray and he’s estimated to be 10 - 12 years old. We don’t know how he came to be straying and we can’t find his owner, despite various attempts, so he’s now ready to find his forever new home. He’s the most affectionate boy you will ever meet! Pretzel doesn’t seem to like cats at all and he’s very unsure of dogs, so we think he’d be better as an only pet. He looks longingly at the outdoors from his favourite window ledge bed, so we think he’d like outdoor access in his new home. He loves to be brushed and stroked and to cuddle in to his humans - and he loves to snooze, sprawled out or curled in a ball! He’s great with his litter tray! He’d like a mature family. Pretzel was already neutered and he’s now been microchipped, vaccinated and flea and worm treated. He’s had a dental and a blood test to check that he’s healthy inside, too. Beautiful, big girl Baloo is 15 years old, give or take a few months. She’s looking for a new home where she can be the only pet and give her new owner/s all her love and affection. She wants a lap to sit on and would love to sleep beside her new human at nighttime, too! She could live with older children - she’s not been used to wee ones. She’d like safe outdoor access in nice weather but as she’s not been used to traffic, a quiet street/area would be best for her. She’s spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and flea/worm treated. Gizmo would like an indoor home, with a secure garden, where she can have some supervised outdoor access, perhaps on a harness. Our ideal home for her would be one with a catio!
