WINTER APPEAL ♥️ Stray/Feral Cat Shelters 🙏

Coming into the colder time of year, we are getting more and more requests for help, or seeing colony situations where feral/stray shelter is scarce. We have some shelter options added to our amazon wishlist, if anyone would like to help some unowned cats this winter 🙏⬇️ Thank you again to Ali who donated a shelter before this post, it's much appreciated and already in use!

If you are caring for any stray/feral cats this winter, you can find many online resources about creating outdoor shelters from recycling bins etc - we recommend any shelters you have are bedded with straw (not hay!) rather than blankets, as this is the best for heat. Blankets/pillows often get damp, and this makes them cold and develop mildew which can actually chill out a cat even more.

Also please while it's getting colder 🚙❄️⛔ remember that cats, especially kittens, can climb inside car engines for heat and shelter! Please listen out for any cries, and ideally give your bonnet a knock in case someone is tucked up inside!

So Chritmas has started to arrive at K9 Bonus!! I know, Halloween isn't even over yet, but I am being tortured about Christmas stock, so I bit the bullet & put it up yesterday with the help of my able assistant Kerry. There is more to follow, just be patient, as I'm running out of space!! (As usual!! 🤣🤣)
