That time of year again to say a great big thankyou to all my lovely clients for your continued support this year. Also thankyou so much for the tips, gifts and cards over the last few weeks, they were very much appreciated xx.
This year seen some of my older dogs that had been visiting me a very long time sadly pass away. To those of you without your much loved family members, I'll be thinking of you, I miss them too x

Bank transfers and PayPal payments.....

I currently give clients the option to pay through bank transfer or PayPal, just to save the trouble of having to park in town at a cash machine. Can I kindly ask that payments are made either before or upon collection of your dog. I'm spending a lot of time at the moment chasing payments, days and sometimes weeks after grooming appointments. I cannot continue to do this moving forward. If it continues I'm afraid I'll have to go back to cash payments on collection only. Thankyou for your understanding.

No Shows.....

Would you be prepared to turn up to your job only to be sent home and told you wouldn't be paid for that day?...
Would you be happy if this happened on a regular basis resulting in a significant shortfall in your wages every month?

Me neither......

No shows for appointments is becoming an increasing problem. I wish I could say grooming is a hobby but it's not. It's my job and my only source of income and i have bills to pay like everyone else. Over the past couple of months there has been more and more clients not showing up for appointments. I know things can crop up unexpectedly and that's not a problem, all I ask for is a quick text or phonecall to let me know you won't be attending, so I have time to fill your appointment slot.
I have been very lenient up to now, but going forward all no show appts will be charged for. No exceptions.
