Hi All,
Im just letting you know that as of January 2026 I will be adjusting the maximum price of the initial teeth clean to help cover an additional cost of time spent on a call after the first visit, which I have outlined below. Its only a small adjustment and will only effect about 5% of my client base on their first visit.
Teeth Price Adjustment - currently £70 max charge - the only change here will be that the maximum will change to up to £80, BUT ONLY in the event of a dogs teeth being so covered that it takes almost the whole initial time to do the clean, and then I have to do my home care and aftercare advice later in the day via a call.
Currently this change will only effect about 5% of my client bases first visit, but at least I can cover the additional time spent with the client for a call later in the day.
(REMINDER - my results outweigh that of others who don’t remove the tartar in one session like I do, but charge multiple sessions - meaning you can pay over £150 in ultrasonic treatment without the results I get in just 1 session, and your dogs have to go back numerous times in a short span of time).
Nail trims - These will remain the same, which is £10 for the initial or irregular trim time schedules, and remain at £5 for regular visits (and many of you who come regularly will have not been charged as sometimes ill throw in a free nail trim between visits as a thank you)
I hope the adjustment makes sense. If you have any concerns please give me a call and we can discuss, but if you already see me of course this is just business as usual and you can ignore the blurb. I will always work with my lovely clients to make sure everyone is happy and continues to bring their doggies to me for their treatments.
The recommending discount of 20% will continue as I like giving back to you all when you recommend me, and the 10% off first visit discount will also remain too.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - just a heads up as to some of the things I am currently doing. Many of you know that I am a trained Clinical Canine Massage Therapist, however, this year I have taken time away from that to study dog training with the Dog Training College. I am continuing my development and understanding of animals to better help in the future in more ways to give the dogs the very best care that I can offer. I will also be studying behaviour therapy after I have completed and had some work in training too.
Thank you for reading and ill see you all again soon
