Caroline is great with our horses, fantastic news she’s treating dogs too!

Woodside Vets are delighted to announce we now have Caroline Russell working alongside us a fully qualified veterinary physiotherapist 🤩

⭐️ Caroline will be offering traditional physiotherapy alongside Class 4 Laser Therapy to our patients. Class 4 Laser is a non painful, non invasive type of light therapy which speeds up the body’s healing processes to reduce pain and inflammation. It can be of huge benefit in wound healing, arthritis management and also during bone/ligament healing.

💰Price increase effective from today💰
Unfortunately due to the increased cost of electricity I have had to raise prices. I’ve tried to keep the increase small to cover the extra electricity charges only as I know times are hard for everyone. I’ll be keeping an eye on the meter and adjust prices accordingly if needed. Absolutely heartbroken today, this beautiful boy gained his angel wings suddenly, unexpectedly, and far far too soon. Anyone who ever met Buster adored him, he was truly one in a million. I’m so lucky to have been part of his life and one of the people he loved. Rest in peace Buster, you will be so missed 💔🌈

Groomers are now on the list as being able to offer grooming services for animal welfare. Please be advised your journey may not be considered essential so I would encourage you to make use of the popular dog walk conveniently located next to the salon.
I will have to rearrange some appointments to fit in with the childcare I have managed to arrange.
As ever please do not attend your appointment if you or your family has symptoms or a positive test. Please adhere to socially distanced handovers and collections.
Payment is now strictly card or bank transfer.

Following today’s announcement by the First Minister imposing another lockdown there has been much discussion regarding whether grooming is still classed as essential to animal welfare. At this point we are all very uncertain and are awaiting further clarification.
