Hi, re consumer's right. I have spent few days on phone/ email with Citizens advice and Federation of small businesses, just to make sure that I know my right and responsibility as a business and consumer ( yes, I am as much consumer as any of you).
These are screenshots from citizens advice and gov.uk websites with regard to shop in person in Scotland( some information has been cut of while uploading screenshots, but you can easily check it yourself)
My return policy, which was checked by a member of FSB, is available in the shop by request ( this is not about faulty goods, which will be dealt with accordingly in each individual case).
