What’s in a blood test?

Well:
- we perform them in consult with owners present if wanted 🐾🐶🐱😻

- it takes 20 minutes to get 45 readings that help us check your pet further 🐾❤️

- a blood test can detect changes before your pet shows signs of the condition

Vicky Yates- Registered Veterinary Nurse
I have been a registered veterinary nurse for 30 years.

Originally practising in South Manchester but moved to North Wales in 2015 and joining Parc Vetcare in February 2025.

I enjoy all aspects of nursing but have a particular interest in weight watchers and senior health care.

In my spare time I enjoy many hikes with my dog, George and have even ventured further afield to hike in Atlas Mountains in Morocco and the remote wilderness of Iceland.

I joined Parc Vetcare in January 2025, having previously worked at a mixed vets on Anglesey.
I thoroughly enjoy being on reception where I can provide the best customer care I can in all situations.
In my spare time I enjoy riding my Connemara pony Banksy, working on the family farm and spending time with my family.'

“ I’m Esmé.
With a deep passion for animal care and well-being, I started my veterinary nurse training when I was 17, I quickly knew this was the right job for me. I qualified at the end of 2024 after passing my OSCE exams. With a strong foundation in both clinical and practical skills, I am passionate about providing high-quality care for pets and supporting pet owners through every step of their animal’s health journey. Whether assisting in surgeries, administering treatments, or offering advice on pet wellness, I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of animals and their families.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my ex race horse Sparky and going on long hikes up mountains with my crazy Border Collie Pippa”

Registered Veterinary Nurse

I started studying in Coleg Glynllifon in 2016 and later qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) in the summer of 2019.
I have worked in a small animal practice on Anglesey before joining Parc Vetcare in January 2025.
I love every aspect of my job and have a special interest in canine and feline dentistry.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, walking, swimming and making fond memories with our daughter!

Kazia Broda ❤️🐾🙌

I qualified as an RVN in summer of 2020 after graduating from Harper Adams University. I have since worked in a mixture of practices and joined the team at Parc Vetcare in October 2024.

I enjoy all aspects of nursing but particularly enjoy anaesthesia, surgical and medical nursing.

In my spare time I love to go out running and hiking and enjoy paddleboarding in the summer months. I balance this out with plenty of baking.
