I have been looking after animals since I was a c

hild, it is my passion, there is nothing better than seeing an animal happy and healthy. I have had a large range of animals of my own, from snakes to small animals, cats to dogs and been around horses since I was 7yrs old. I have had my business now for 10 years

Ginette is professional in approach from the outset and requires thorough documentation prior to the first visit including the animals medical history, their registered vets, emergency numbers, their likes/dislikes etc. Ginette has been able to call in at last minute when I have been unexpectedly delayed home to feed and check on my little ones. She permanently keeps keys to my home in preparation for these situations and has even been on standby to take my Guinea Pig to the vet in case I couldn’t arrange to leave work. Ginette has a natural calmness when handling my pets and her passion for animals and their welfare is obvious. She is not phased with cleaning them out, handling them and has even administered medication when needed with confidence and empathy which comes from her vast experience of dealing with animals. I trust her implicitly and could not be happier knowing that when I am on holiday, my little ones are in the best possible care. ◆ Ginette O'Rourke came to our house to feed our two cats recently. She came for a long weekend and also for a full week. She looked after the cats very well indeed. They are both very shy of strangers but they took to her immediatly and she literally had them eating out of her hand. They also let her groom them. They are long haired cats and the fact that they had been groomed was immediately evident on our return home. We have a large pond and Ginette also fed our fish, as well as checking and topping up the pond water level.
