“Helen was empathetic and assuring right from my first contact with her to my collection of Piccalilli’s ashes. I was so pleased to have the paw prints and the vial of Piccalilli’s hair as a forever memento. These personal touches would not have been available at the vet’s. The attached photos are of Piccalilli from puppy to old age (15 years).”

Q: What happens once we arrive at Pet Angels Cremation?

A: On arrival you and your pet are taken to our farewell room where you may spend time discussing your requirements and have your last goodbye in private should you wish.
Alternatively, we are able to collect your pet from your home or veterinary practice by prior arrangement.

Q: Can I make arrangements with Pet Angels Crematorium before my pet is put to sleep?

A: Yes. Many people contact us well in advance of the death of their pet to make sure that their exact wishes can be carried out. We always suggest owners contact their vets directly to ensure that their pet comes to Pet Angels Crematorium and is not sent for mass cremation.
Of course we understand that planning in advance may not always be possible, and in the case of sudden loss please do not hesitate to contact us to make arrangements.

✨ In Memory of Mudd ✨

“I would 100% recommend Helen at Pet Angels. Helen has been incredibly kind & supportive since I first reached out to ask about cremation. She explained everything clearly. She took time with us to learn about our boy, Mudd. She encouraged us to bring some of his favourite things so he would be cremated with them. So yes he had his favourite wotsits with him!
Mudd was more than a pet. He'd been part of our family for over 20 years & we wanted the very best. That was absolutely what Helen delivered.
And then she has beautifully presented our boy back to us, complete with fur trimmings & paw prints. He's home again with us 💔”

"Losing Elsie was one of the hardest days that we've ever had to endure as a family, at the vets we were asked what we'd like to happen to Elsie after she'd passed. At the time we couldn't answer the question as the reality of the situation hadn't yet sunk in.
After getting home we couldn't bear the thought of her being on her own, and knew that we wanted a personal service just for her. This is when Pet Angels popped into my mind, Helen was able to put our minds at rest that Elsie would be treated with the utmost care, she was able to collect Elsie from our vets and take her out to Ivy Farm to be cremated. Before doing so, she was able to take some precious paw prints and fur clippings from Elsie so that we'd always have something special to remember her by.
Within a couple of days we were invited to Ivy Farm to collect Elsie's ashes. Helen has done a wonderful job in creating such a peaceful environment, it made such a sad weekend just that little bit easier." - The Bullimore Family.
