Could today get any better…. 10 things to be grateful for
1. The sun was shining 🌞
2. Only wore 1 layer of clothing.
3. Teaching my first mid week Resistance Band fitness session with great people xx
4. Women’s health check gave me my lowest weight, blood pressure & BMI reading not bad for a (soon to be 47yr old).
5. Rode & schooled a fab horse who makes me smile every time.
6. Taught a horse & rider back in work showing great progress.
7. Time spent with my own ponies demudding them.
8. Listened to an inspiring podcast
9. My tea is being cooked for me
10. Finishing off the day watching β€˜The Gentlemen’
