I just wanted to raise awareness of yellowdoguk.co.uk

Groot is a 'yellow dog', if I see other dogs close by he is on lead, and he wears a bright yellow coat, I will keep my distance from other owners as much as possible. He walks lovely with other dogs that I walk - about 12 over a week at different times, plays with them and can walk great off lead. He just needs space from dogs he doesn't know, he's protective of me and my group.

I have a couple of times in the last week where other owners have let their dogs come running up to mine from behind, so I couldn't avoid until they were right there and then my dog ends up distressed.

PLEASE PLEASE if you see a yellow dog, give them space, call your dog back, as its really not fair when the responsible owners are trying to do all they can to have a nice walk out for everyone!

Digby had so much fun with his new playmate Blue at the pit top today 💙

We see Blue often but not on days when I have Digby so it was really lovely to see the big softies hit it off 😊

I was so pleased to have Sarah and Jade back out with me this morning, Sarah gave us a scare last week with an arthritis flare up bless her but an anti-inflammatory injection later from her vets and she's back to herself ❤️

She was very excited when I went to get her this morning, and even Jade didn't mind the cold after a few days off lol

Happy Monday everyone 😊

Today we switched up the walks abit as I've a couple of dogs recovering from injury/illness 😢 but.... this meant I could take Buddy with Woody, Effie and Baxter, safe to say he loved playing in the woods with his play mates ❤️🍁

Then a quiet one to finish for Martha and Groot 🐾

So much fun today, such good dogs, they all had a lovely play with 3 great danes as well (soft as a brush they were) and then sunshine to dry off a bit. Loving my job ❤️

So these 2 mischievous boys today ... Groot and Buddy decided to go in the smelly water by the fishing pond in barnby dun 🤢😂 but then Groot pushed his luck and fell in the canal as well so then I had to pull him out 🤦‍♀️😂

But look how pleased they are with themselves 😊 🤷‍♀️

Groot took himself off for a swim today 🤣💦

Wow the water was everywhere today in the woods at the pit top, needless to say the dogs loved it, but we did get stuck and had to turn back round 🤣💦 Watch the video to the end to see who enjoyed it the most... (cough cough - Baxter 🤣🤣)

Today we bumped into another walker with 4 dogs so there we go, 8 dogs playing lovely together, all in and out of the water and playing chase .... sorry if anyone's a bit whiffy afterwards lol

When this crazy bunch get zoomies in the woods 🤣🤣

I took Groot with Woody and Baxter today, let them have a good swim about fetching a stick, made the best swimming buddies 😍💦🐾

It's been a week of home visits for Effie as she has had to rest a bad leg, safe to say she's starting to feel better playing with her toys 😂 put the sound on 🦆🦆
