Back in 2010, Outward-Hound began with dog walking and home boarding — all thanks to Charlie, who taught me more than any textbook ever could.
In 2012, I took the leap into dog training. And two years ago, I opened the doors to my very own training centre.

The dogs I know have more soul, more heart, more love, more connection, more patience, and more softness than any human I’ve ever met. They don’t ask for anything—no explanations, no justifications. They just stay, steady and sure, as if they’ve always known what you need before you do.

People complicate love. They wrap it in conditions, dress it in expectations. Dive it towards pain and disappointment. A dog doesn’t do that. Their love is raw, honest, and without strings. Without complications. They see you—not the version you show the world, but the one you keep buried. And they love that version most of all.

Hi everyone! Hope your all well 🥰 I just wanted to clear something up which a few people seem to have been a little unhappy with. As you all know I don't take deposits. Instead, I charge for appointments that have been missed before allowing any further bookings. I don't charge a fee for a one off missed appointment because we are only human and everyone forgets once in a while. I believe I am being more than fare with this very layed back procedure. However I do charge a fee if appointments have been missed on numerous occasions, I keep a record of each customer and make notes of when appointments have been missed. I don't charge to punish said customers, I charge to keep my head above water. My job / my business is my livelihood. I don't go into work and get payed by the hour regardless. I come into work and get payed for the work I have done. If I get a couple of customers a week not showing up that's a big loss, so I have to find a way to replenish my losses right ? I hope everyone can understand. Thanks for your time and custom. Georgina 🐾
