Hi everyone! Hope your all well π₯° I just wanted to clear something up which a few people seem to have been a little unhappy with. As you all know I don't take deposits. Instead, I charge for appointments that have been missed before allowing any further bookings. I don't charge a fee for a one off missed appointment because we are only human and everyone forgets once in a while. I believe I am being more than fare with this very layed back procedure. However I do charge a fee if appointments have been missed on numerous occasions, I keep a record of each customer and make notes of when appointments have been missed. I don't charge to punish said customers, I charge to keep my head above water. My job / my business is my livelihood. I don't go into work and get payed by the hour regardless. I come into work and get payed for the work I have done. If I get a couple of customers a week not showing up that's a big loss, so I have to find a way to replenish my losses right ?
