Audrey a lovely sweet lady who spends her time in her own bedroom living, is showing more and more interaction, her communication with our therapy dog and handler is just heartfelt to see. Patience and consistency works. Patients who experienced dog therapy visits reports increased well-being compared to those who do not, as well as significantly lower pain ratings. Our therapy dog programmes leave a positive effect. Interacting with our therapy dog can make our patients a little calmer and help the patient in many factors.
