ROBROYD FAMILY DOGGIE PARK TERMS AND CONDITIONS - YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHOWN ON THIS PAGE. Disclaimer – No responsibility will be taken by the landowner(s) or organisers for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property. No responsibility for damage or accidents can be taken by Robroyd Doggie Park. Dog owners will b

e liable for any breakages or damages to the park. No glass to be brought into the park.

1.All dogs must be fully vaccinated with up-to-date boosters when using Robroyd Doggie Park.

2.Booking Arrangements – Booking arrangements can be made through Robroyd Doggie Park page link. Bookings are non-transferable - the person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions of Robroyd Doggie Park.

3.Payment – PayPal payment only through Facebook link. The field can only be used if it has been booked & paid for prior to arrival.

4.Cancellation Policy – If you arrive late for your time slot, your time can not be extended.
24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or alterations to your bookings. Refunds will only be offered if the time slot is re-booked.

5. Entering/Leaving the Field – It is the responsibility of those using the field to book a slot which allows enough time to unload their animals, use the field and get them back into their vehicles afterwards within their time slot. The slot is not just for use of the field. Users must inspect the field while their dog/dogs are on their leads to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s),5ft fence height, proximity to farm animals etc. Please call Dawn on 07825652967 if further assistance is needed. Anyone remaining over their time slot in the field will need to pay for the extra slot. It is the users responsibility to ensure the entrance gate is closed whilst they are in the park & both gates must be closed when you leave. Dogs must be back in the car before the end of their session. When not in the secure area Dogs MUST be kept on lead at all times. Please keep dogs in your vehicle until the previous users have loaded their dogs back in their vehicle. Please contact Dawn – 07825652967 if there are any delays to your booking time.

6.Code of Ethics – Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed. Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed. Any owners who cannot get their dogs back at the end of their session must notify Dawn. Any additional sessions used must be paid for.

7.Maintenance – The hirer must bring their own poo bags and remove all dogs p**p after their dog(s). Dog poo bin will be provided. No litter is to be left in the field as this presents a risk to other users and their dogs. We inspect the field regularly and fencing daily to maintain security but please notify Dawn of any issue. During wet weather the field could be muddy & uneven. Waterproof boots are advised.

8.Children – Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

9.Data – We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared to any other parties.

10.The following are no longer allowed into the field due to past issus
Dog Walkers,Dog Trainers,Home Boarders & Anyone caring for someone else’s dog/dogs.

11.If your dog is ill you must not attend the park.
