A few of you might have seen our new sign in the shop.

From January I will be CASH ONLY on DROP OFF OR COLLECTION.

Unfortunately I am having to sit down every evening and chase payments, even then some customers are taking days or even WEEKS to pay for their last groom.

You cant go to any other shop and not pay for your items before you leave.

I understand it will be frustrating for some customers but there is a post office across the road which is a 1 min walk and a tescos around the corner with a cash machine which is a 5 mins drive.

Just a quick one about cancelling appointments!

As everyone who has used my services before know... I always send out my term's and conditions about cancelling appointments with every reminder.

Unfortunately I have had alot of last minute cancellations or no shows in the last couple of weeks and as a small buisness it is crippling.

My term's and conditions are:
⚠️ No shows and cancellations without 48 hours notice will be charged £10 missed appointment fee, plus a £10 deposit for any further appointments.

Customers who don't pay the fee will be removed from my books.

This is not a hobby.
This is my only income.
This is how I pay my bills and feed my little boy.
