Our Story
We started our journey into the pet store world at these premises in 1999, within 5 years the business had grown way beyond our dreams and we had become the best known in the area.
One morning in 2007 all that was to change, we were woken in the early hours to be told that the shop was on fire and the flames were so intense, the fire brigade could do nothing to save it. The damage was so severe the building had to be demolished.
It took over a year to rebuild the premises and reopen the shop. This was one of the worst years of our lives and it took all our energy and strength to get back on track. Luckily many of our customers were loyal and came back to us, and to them we will be eternally grateful.
Back to the present, and we are doing ok, there is still a long way to go to get back to our previous splendour but with such wonderful customers we can’t really go wrong. Our ethos is still the same, “ the best products at the best prices”
