My mum is currently in hospital so
Just a heads up to people with appointments in the next few weeks I may be longer than normal with appointments because I will be doing twice the amount of dogs. If you aren’t willing to wait then unfortunately you will have to reschedule your appointments. I may move a couple appointments around but I want to try & avoid this. If you don’t hear from me then your appointment is staying the same.

From the 1st of feb they’ll be a price increase to all full grooming & bathing services.

New customers will be quoted the new price to avoid any confusion.

This is something that I’ve needed to do for a long time now. It’s not unnoticed that the price of things have gone up dramatically e.g gas & electric.

This was something that was going to happen before my stroke but after it made me realise how much I’d been working to just cover the costings.

I hope you all understand.

It is Michelle’s first day back after her minor stroke today but is only working 3 days a week.

We are really busy at the moment , you are looking towards the end of November for appointments . we recommending booking appointments well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Michelle has got to work at a slower pace & take it it steady so there is no squeezing anyone in if you don’t book well in advance then unfortunately you are going to have to wait.

Right just a update unfortunately Michelle isn’t well enough to come back to work when she had planned to.

I will be rearranging some appointments about up until the 13th of October this might be bringing them forward or pushing them back. I can only do so much I have to work round child care etc.

No appointments will be made now until November. All messages will be responded to tomorrow.

Please be patient ,I’m doing what I can.

Hello , just a update for you all.

Michelle is still recovering & it is something that will take a while to recover & adjust to but is making progress at her own pace , I have passed all your get well messages on 😊.

I will be contacting next week people to bring appointments forward or pushing them back for a good few weeks so Michelle can manage at a slower pace & ease herself back into work when she feels up to it. It will be mainly afternoon & possibly Thursdays appointments , if I don’t contact you then your appointment will stay the same.

I will also not be booking any appointments in until the end of October so this gives some flexibility of re-arranging appointments if they do need to change.

I hope you all understand it is something that needs to happen to keep things running. I will keep you all updated of any changes.

Hi everyone it’s Aimee.
Unfortunately my mum is in the hospital so I am on my own running the shop.
This means I will be re-arranging some (not all) appointments or may ask you to come at a slightly different time to make it more manageable.

When rescheduling appointments please bare in mind it’s not going to be straight away , I’m on my own & not sure when my mum is going feel up to coming in coming in her health & getting better is more important.
