✨ Upcoming changes ✨
As most of my regulars are aware.. my little boy starts full time school this week! 🥺😭💔 (No I'm not ready!)
So this comes with lots of changes as I've been mentioning to you all over the last couple of months.
▪️My opening hours will change from Monday/Thursday/Friday to Monday-Thursdays during school time 9-3pm.
Thursday is still my late evening (appointments until 8pm). It will be one late a week and won't budge on this due to no childcare.
▪️If I can ask you all (to make sure that my days run to time and smoothly) that you stick to your appointment times and if you are running late, to ring/message me to let me know and I can make a decision as to whether we can go ahead with the appointment or need to rearrange.
I will be running back to back so if I'm late with one.. I'll be late with the rest and therefore be late picking my son up from school which isn't an option!
So be mindful and please leave extra time where possible for traffic etc. 5-10 minutes late does make a difference!
Also, pick up times... These still need to be prompt when I'm finished so I can move onto the next client, so again, I'm not running over.
I try to be as flexible and as fair as possible but now I have to work around school hours so please bare with me 🤞
▪️All appointments as usual need to be prebooked, I don't have last minute appointments.
▪️Christmas is looming .. I won't be doing the usual 12 hour days this year.. so again..book in advance to avoid disappointment! I only have a handful left around Christmas now. (I know I have a handful of you to message)
▪️Please bare with me on making appointments, as you can appreciate when I'm not in work grooming I have my 4 year old, which means I have to wait until he's in bed usually. I will get appointments sorted as and when between things 🙂
▪️If you need to rearrange you're appointment, try give me as much notice if/where possible and be prepared for a little wait to the next available appointment.
▪️ Reminder: all appointments cancelled within 24hr of said appointment or if a no show, are charged in full.
And lastly, just a huge thankyou to every single client that's stuck by me through all changes in business since having Freddie. You lot are so loyal ❤️ I'm very lucky!
