Hi all, I hope you're having a good one. Half term is almost over 😥 so onwards with more courses and fun times in the magical ✨️ lead up to Christmas 🎄 🥳🐾

NOW FULLY BOOKED 🥳❤️ I can happily recommend other amazing trainers locally.

🐾December🐾
I have a couple of spaces remaining in my 5pm and 6:15 Puppy sessions. These courses run from Friday 6th and run for 3 weeks before Christmas 🎄

🐾January🐾
I will be running a puppy and teen course from Friday 17th January. 5pm or 6:15.

Hi all, just to let you know, I've decided to work fewer hours this week to spend more time with my family and maybe rest a bit too.

I do have a few spaces available on the following courses coming up in November, December and January.

🐾January from 17th puppy and teen courses
5pm or 6:15 start times.

I'm running another fun course for young pups on Friday evenings in Fremington Church Hall.

Together we learn to communicate with our pups using understanding, fun games, bags of treats and more.

I cover all basics and here are just some of them;

🐾Sit, down, stand
🐾Wait
🐾Recall
🐾Stay
🐾Focus work
🐾Loose-lead walking
🐾Polite greetings
🐾And more...

THIS COURSE WILL RUN ON THE FOLLOWING FRIDAYS;

🐾WEEK 1 - 15TH NOVEMBER
🐾WEEK 2 - 22ND NOVEMBER
🐾WEEK 3 - 29TH NOVEMBER
Starting from 5pm or 6:15pm

Another great day at Anna's Ark Pet Services Ltd Odin fell asleep in the driveway when we got home and it took some time for him to want to get out 🤣😍😍🐾🐾 Loves the puppy and I'm so lucky he gets to come to work with me and play with all of us 🥳😍🐾

🐾🐕WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO FINISH🥳🥳🐕🐾

Yesterday I was very fortunate to be able to meet up with the lovely, Charlotte and her young dog, Mabel to complete our course we started in July. We also covered more during our time together, specific to their wants and needs and we'll be continuing to progress this going forward as well.

As many of you know, we heartbreakingly had to say goodbye to our lushious, Ozzy at the beginning of September and the lead up to this saw huge adjustments in our family and work lives for a number of months.

In some cases, I had to postpone final sessions and where possible, I have arranged either 121s or mini group sessions to catch-up and help with progression. Yet with my main working life and young family, there has been lengthy delays in being able to do so.

I can only thank those greatly who have been able to stick with me and apologise profoundly to those I have been unable to support so far.

Training is my absolute passion but it is also currently running alongside everything else. This said, will create another post for you with other local, amazing trainers who follow the same Ethos as me, who I work alongside and can highly recommend, so please watch this space.

For Charlotte, Mabel and family. You absolutely rocked it yesterday. Thank you a million times for bearing with me and I cannot wait to see you again next month to continue your journey.

It’s time to address a serious issue: unethical training practices in the dog training world. Despite progress in the UK toward positive reinforcement, some so-called experts still use harmful techniques that cause unnecessary stress to pets and their owners.

Not all dog trainers are created equal. With so many professional bodies and acronyms out there, it can be hard to find a truly qualified trainer. Many people rely on word-of-mouth or online searches without digging into credentials.

Great trainers uphold strong ethics, continually invest in their education, and always put the well-being of your pet first. Let’s raise awareness and promote ethical, positive training practices to keep our dogs safe and happy.

🐾🐕AFTER MANY YEARS, I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO MAKE IT OFFICIAL🐕🐾

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years all ready and many more years to come. I will always thank, Tracey Berridge for allowing me to start my training journey with her way back when.

It's an honour to be accredited by such a remarkable group of people. Thanks to Lizzie Marden Nature's Therapies Animal Behaviour , we were able to make this happen now.

Sadly, our line of work isn't currently regulated, so unfortunately, it's deemed ok to use force and punishment methods with some trainers.

Being accepted within this incredible company is just the icing on a pretty well-made (if I do say so myself!🤣) cake over the years.

What I do, how I see the best way to train, is recognised. Wowza, I'm just honoured and absolutely blowing my own trumpet.

Never stop reaching for the stars all. You've got this 🤘✨️🥳
