Hello, I am Julie, a mum to two beautiful girls and grandmother to three gorgeous munchkins. It all began when my children were small and I decided to make a patchwork quilt. Since then I have perfected my technique and I now make some lovely gifts and home decor items. I love every moment I spend sewing. I have made a number of very beautiful wedding quilts and these are designed to be handed down the generations. The idea began when my daughter decided she did not want the traditional guest book for her wedding and she asked me to make a patchwork quilt with all the guests comments and good wishes sewn onto the quilt. This is a memento that can be kept and cherished rather than a book collecting dust in a box. These are custom made with your own colour choice. Paypal is the method of payment we recommend as this offers protection for your purchases or we can accept cash from local customers if requested. We do not accept postal orders or cheques. Payment must be made prior to your items being made or posted. Please allow 7 to 30 working days for your items to be completed with the exception of Wedding Quilts which will take longer. If there is a deadline for any item please contact me as we may be able to accommodate your request. DELIVERY
Postage and packaging will be itemised separately. All items are sent by Royal Mail, and we always obtain proof of postage. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched. If your order does not arrive, please contact Tinkerspatch via Facebook or email, and a full refund or a replacement will be sent once a complaint has been completed with Royal Mail. Wedding Quilts will be sent by courier to ensure delivery and tracking. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All my work is of the highest standard but, if for some reason there is ever a need to return an item because it is faulty, a full refund or replacement will be issued following a written request by email or by messenger. There will be no returns on sale items or items that are marked as reduced due to damage or defect and these will be exempt from the returns policy. All returns must be in original condition and packaged appropriately with the senders address. Returns must be sent via Royal Mail and signed for with proof of postage. Personalised items cannot be returned as they cannot be sold on, the only exception is if they are faulty. DESIGNS AND MATERIAL VARIATIONS
