Customer Notice

Shampooches will reopening on Thursday 30th April on a part time basis for EXISTING customers only.

Following Government Guidelines regarding Social distancing the following will apply.

1 - Visiting Shampooches is classed as Non essential travel - Therefore your visit must be included in your dogs daily exercise, This excludes the use of DRIVING to your appointment.
2 - Upon arrival the 2 meter government guideline must be followed. The dog must enter the salon safely without assistance and no entry to the salon will be admitted to the owner.
3 - All dog collars and leads must be removed upon entry and remain in your possession.
4 - There will be a 1hr interval between appointments to allow for the salon to be cleansed.
The safety of yourself and your dog is paramount and no deviation to the above will be adhered to.
