FORMER Dragon’s Den hopeful and Hot Diggidy Dog chilli sauce entrepreneur Simon Llewellyn has opened The Sausage Revolution restaurant.

The 46-year-old father-of-one, who pitched his hot sauce business to the Dragons in 2015, has set up shop in a newly-built unit on the Atlantic Way trading estate and welcomed his first customers on December 22nd.
