I work from a stress free, calm and friendly home enviroment. I am a Pet-Log ID Registered Microchip I don't rush & I listen to & read the dogs body language.

I moved to the New Forest from Milton Keynes in 2002, as a child I spent many years holidaying here. in 1998 my dad passed away and my mum gave me some money but I couldn't bring myself to spend it. Then in early 2009 I was given my Westie and oneday thought how hard can it be to cut his hair! It looked so bad that even he was too embarrassed to go for a walk! My hubby suggested I use the money fr

om my dad to go and train as a Dog Groomer. After lots of research we decided on the International Animal Care College in Bangor Northern Ireland. I spent 5 great weeks 6 days a week in November 2009 training. I gained myself an Advanced Diploma in Pet Grooming, Clipping & Business Management & Pet Emergency Response First Aid & CPR & Pet Identification Microchip Implant Agent Certificates. In 2010 I qualified at level 3 in Intermediate Pet Grooming, Clipping and Business Management Skills & Pet First Aid. In October 2021 i achieved my Mastercraftsman Qualification & status! My salon was moved from my conservatory during lockdown to a room at the front of our chalet. It has a separate entrance and a 3 gate safety system with the main gate locked at all times. It's modern & fully heated with an outdoor north facing courtyard for shade in the summer. I only use the best quality shampoos & products that's suit all skin types. I give a one to one personal service, no cages or pens are used, every dog is treated like my own. Rest assured every dog gets lots of love & affection which sometimes means the groom takes a little longer �

🐾✨ **What They Don’t Tell You About Being a Dog Groomer!** ✂️🐕

Sure, being a dog groomer is all about the cute pups, but let’s be real for a second... no one warns you about the tired feet, chapped hands, and the aching back after a long day! Not to mention constantly cleaning up fur, water, and *other* messes. 😅

But here's the flip side: you get to spend your days with amazing dogs, caring for them and making them feel their best. Plus, there’s nothing like the kisses, cuddles, and sometimes even the heartfelt thanks from owners. 💕🐶

For all the mess, it’s worth every moment! 🙌🐾
