They also have a complete run of our garden during and between appointments. We don’t like the idea of animals being held in cages. 😲 Our appointments are on a 1-2-1 basis, making each pup our sole focus, as we know some dogs don’t mix well with others, and we would never want them to feel overwhelmed or anxious at any time. Poor Rufus is a little nervous about the hairdryer, but we can cope with that. 💙 His comfort comes first, and if there is anything that makes him uncomfortable, then we have all the time and patience in the world. 🥰 We won’t do anything to your pups while in our care that makes them extremely nervous. For instance, if we have to complete a groom without a blowdry, then we will. Rufus will get used to it eventually. Here’s a little peep behind the scenes with Toby the Pomeranian. 😉 He gets excited about a blow-dry because it is his favourite part of the groom. As soon as he sees the hairdryer coming out, he sits down, ready to be showered with warmth. 😂 We know it is essential to be transparent and let you know what goes on here in the salon once you’ve left. No scary gadgets, just the same methods you’d use at home. Whatever makes Vinnie more comfortable! 💙 We come across so many personalities and quirks grooming the hundreds of dogs we do, and Vinnie here was so adorable when he last visited.
