Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our much loved family dog Benji 💔 he blessed this family with 12 wonderful but sometimes stressful years. His been a huge part of the daycare and his been a friend to many of the dogs who come here. For those of you who knew him he would have welcomed you by barking at the gate or hu***ng another dog in the back ground 🙄 he will be sadly missed and forever loved.

Can't thank PJE pet farewell enough for letting him go peacefully at home and for Phoenix pet cremation for taking such great care of us during the process. His now back home with family where he belongs and will forever stay.

Love your dogs with all your heart, because one day they will be an ornament on your mantle or a paw print in the cabinet. They may annoy you and drive you crazy but it's when they have gone, you will miss that the most ❤️ never take anything for granted, tomorrow is never promised

Paws & Relax Doggy Daycare is a 5 ⭐️ dog service in Vange, Basildon offering half day and full day daycare mon-fri 8am-6pm.

ℹ️ what is a doggy daycare and what are the benefits?

Our daycare provides a safe and supervised environment for your dog to exercise and socialise with a variety of breeds, ages and sizes which will help to increase confidence, reduce anxiety and keep them stimulated. Dogs left at home for a long period of time will create boredom resulting in destructive behaviour.

Socialisation is great for your dogs health and well-being. It helps to ensure your dog remains friendly and it positively influences good behaviour both at daycare and at home. Positively structured socialisation is key in creating a happy and well balanced dog 🐾

Once you drop your dog off in the morning, be rest assured that your pooch will have a structured and positive routine including supervised playtime in our large outdoor run space, enrichment, rest in a cage-free home from home dog house with food and treats if required. Then once your ready you will collect a tired but very happy dog 🐕

Routine is important for dogs to help them stay confident and happy in life, we do our best to maintain a home from home routine so your dog is happy, healthy and balanced.

ℹ️ Services we offer; we offer full and half day daycare with a minimum of 1 day per week to secure a place here. We also offer an in-house dog groomer for all your grooming needs✂️ (charged separately)

After a VERY wet and muddy season we decided it was time to redecorate the dog house inside and out, no more muddy walls, smelly mats and fur in every corner 😅 we want all dogs who attend our daycare to feel at home so we have made it as homey as possible, let's see how long it lasts 🤣 🐾

This week we welcomed 2 new dogs to our pack but said goodbye to a long term attendee. Ernie you will be missed but we wish you well at your new daycare 💙 thank you for the flowers and Champagne 🍾 we will enjoy that over the Easter weekend 🥰 ❤️

It's amazing how each dog leaves a lasting imprint on your heart, we will definitely be speaking about Ernie for years to come! What an amazing dog he is ❤️
