Firstly I'd like to say Happy New Year to all our customers 🥂 As a new year has began I would just like to go over some of our existing terms of serivce.
• Paws and Relax Doggy Daycare is open from 8am-6pm,
• We have a 12hr cancellation policy, if you need to cancel your dogs space please cancel before 8pm the night before to avoid payment, if you cancel after 8pm the night before or don't provide any notice then full daycare payment will be charge,
• We close at 6pm, if you are late (even by afew minutes) there is a late fee pick up charge of £5, it is your responsibility as the pet owner to arrange alternative pick up if you know your going to be late, if we notice a continous pattern of late pick ups then we may consider termination of your pets place here.
• Our prices remain the same £25 full day and £18 half day (4hrs). For bank transfers please ensure ALL payments are referenced with the dates your paying for and all payments are to be made weekly (unless agreed otherwise) by Friday the latest. If we find customers are missing payments regularly then we will enforce a late fee payment but for now we just ask if all payments can please be on time.
The above terms were provided in the application process and stated at the meet and greet, we were lenient with them last year but we will now be enforcing them more strongly 'effective Immediately' as we are a growing business and need to stay on top of things.
