Billy is probably one of the shyest and most nervous doggies I’ve worked with over the years but my gosh he is a completely different dog now. He is much happier and content and when he arrives he comes upto me with his tail wagging and a little happy face 😃🥰🐶

Working with those who need more time, patience, care and love is so rewarding when you overcome so much together. I’m so glad to be Billy’s groomer because he just trusts me so much now and isn’t worried about being with me or being groomed. He makes himself quite at home on the chair and enjoys all the fuss he can get 🥰
