Getting to Know You
My name is Zara Silver and I have lived in Hook all my life giving me the advantage of knowing all the best places to explore with my four legged friends!
I have a wealth of experience with a wide range pets (30+years), I have full liability insurance and have a huge passion for pets! I have always fostered rescue dogs and started with a rescue called "White Knight". I could tell you a few tales about that but I would run out of space!
In the latter years I fostered dogs from "Many Tears Animal Rescue" in Wales, they would live in my home, with my dogs, until they found their forever homed. Many of these dog had their own challenges. I would help socialise, give them basic training, try to iron out any problems they might have had and care for them as if they were my own. I have not fostered for a while now, but I am still actively doing Home Checks for the rescue.
When I got Dizzy, because of her obsession with balls, I stumbled on the sport, Flyball. It is a fantastic activity for dogs that love playing fetch with balls! I have now been training and partaking in this sport for many, many years. Visit our Flyball, Flea Jumperz website.
