The Rambles walking meadow is a private hire, 3 acre dog walking meadow, located just outside Bath with good links to Bristol, Chippenham and the M4 motorway.

At The Rambles you can let your dog run free knowing they will be secure and safe, regardless of restrictions, training or temperament as the field is yours for the duration of the visit. We have 6 feet high fencing, and parking that is located within the field itself.

All the accessories and amenities you could want are present, such as dog water bowls, human seating and a hose for when it gets muddy or hot.

Come give us a visit, we love to see your photos with our stunning organic farm backdrop, and if you’re lucky, you might see a cow or two!

Looking for a secure dog walking meadow in the Bath area?
Look no further, we’ve got you covered.

The Rambles is a 3 acre meadow located on an organic farm, just outside of Bath, and only 20 minutes outside of Bristol. At certain times of the year (including right now) the adjacent fields have cows in them. Perfect for exposing your dogs to new experiences, or just to look at (because cows are great!)

Our field is yours for the duration of the booking, and is a great place to meet up with friends for a safe dog walk. We have a picnic table for the humans, and water bowls and a hose for the doggies.

Happy belated birthday to us!🍾

August 1st 2023 we opened our gates to the first dogs at The Rambles 🐶

It’s been a fantastic first year, and we have met so many friendly dogs who have loved being free in our secure walking meadow.

In the first few months we got excited when we had more than 4 bookings in a day, and some days we had none at all. However now, in the month of July 2024 alone, we had over 350 bookings to the Rambles!!! That’s more than 10 a day, and on one day we were fully booked from 5am - 10pm!!!

We could not have done this without all of you and our many returning doggies. Thank you for your continual support and feedback to make The Rambles a happy and friendly place to visit.

Following feedback from some of our customers, we have started leaving large patches of the grass longer.
This allows for more sniffs for your pups in the field, which is even more enrichment for them!

Don’t worry, there’s still short grass as well, so we have a good mixture!
