Royal Bath & West Show 2024 was a huge success for Bath & Biscuits, and I'd like to thank everyone who came and supported us, it was so nice to see some of our shop customers there. We met and loved on so many dogs it was hard to keep count, we were in our element. Zeus and his hooman Rachael have been kind enough to allow us to share this video of Zeus enjoying a romp in the garden with one of his new treats. Frankie is not a fan of having her nails cut. We've been working really hard with desensitising and building confidence with positive rewards. Today we managed to cut and buff all nails on her back feet. This is a huge step forward and her progress has been amazing, I'm so proud of her ❤️ There were a few tears after this video was taken. I love my job so much, and moments like this make it all worthwhile! Good girl Frankie!!! ❤️

Saturday morning was spent with Buddy. He is having desensitisation sessions, as he doesn't like to have his feet touched or his nails cut. Today was session 2, and we managed to cut 4 nails, it doesn't sound like much, but it was a huge step for Buddy! After a hard workout it's important to have some decompression time, so we played ball and had some fun treat time! Well done Buddy! 🌟
