Now the big man here was out today aswell. He is literally the same age as DiOR but males mature slower than females(mentally aswell… male dogs are half daft for longer 🤣🤣).

He’s on the right food to gain maximum muscle mass and I’ve already told his owners he’s going to be Faaaarrrrrrr bigger than he is right now, he wont get any taller but he’s nowhere near finished thickening out at 1 year old.

Slow n Steady…. I don’t like too much excess weight on a growing bulls joints and tendons 👌

💯💯 100% OR NOTHING 💯💯

I think you all know I’m pretty full-on and don’t know how to back off….

Well I went back to the Gym for the first time in a long long time…. I’m skinny AF, barely eat, barely sleep and I do some amount of walking on the daily to really burn any muscle I may have had, right off me 🙄🤦‍♂️.

My First session back and I’m doing sets of 170kg deadlifts for reps and can hardly breathe as I’ve had this virus/bug that’s going about for nearly 2 weeks now and it’s not shifting……

I jumped in the shower tonight before going to my second Gym session and noticed my leg, dunno what I’ve done but it was supposed to be a leg session at the Gym tonight(which I was still going to do), but when I got to the Gym n showed the guys, they said we can just train shoulders instead 😂😂(thank f*ck for that).

I really need to learn to just back off slightly. Even with this daft virus…. My son was in bed for 10 days with it, barely coming out his room, and I’m still out there walking dogs in all weather and then decide it’s time to start training again 🤣🤣.

💯% OR NOTHING…. It’s both a positive and a curse tbh.

Now I vowed that once I said my last goodbye to my gran I would try and focus on the Gym again and use the time I would spend with my gran to rebuild myself since I literally ran myself into the ground through 2024…. And I’ve stuck to my own word.

The last thing I actually wanted to do tonight was go to the Gym but sometimes the things we don’t want to do are the things we should do…. This is one of those things.

Health is Wealth 💯💯

Physical health aids mental health: If you look better, you feel better…. If you feel better, you perform better.

Now to try eat better…. Crisps, McDonalds and apple pie ain’t really cutting it tbh 🙄🙄

❤️❤️ INSPIRATIONAL ❤️❤️ I’ve not been as busy with putting posts on lately as I’ve been trying to make changes to allow me to have more time with my grans ❤️❤️ I’ve had an absolute scunner of a week after my motorbike was stolen and I’ve been hearing all the rats and their stories but this visit to my gran in hospital right here had me and the kids with actual sore sides with laughing by the time we left and it was great to forget all my own stresses for a while and just spending time on what really matters….. That wink at the end is priceless. Alzheimer’s is horrible but as long as we can all keep laughing together and making more memories, that’s all that matters….. ARIA brings out a different side to my gran and the patter just flows and is amazing. Make sure to Value every single minute in life, I’ve been so busy unintentionally focusing on the wrong stuff lately, but we defo don’t get time back. I’ve taken the weekend off and going to spend it on myself for once and I’ll get back to all enquiries on Sunday night. Have a good weekend folks 🙏😎 Like A Boss.

‘NALA’….. little reactive rocket NALA coping with a few triggers literally running shoulders with her. She used to go from 0-60 in a split second, reacted to all dogs, would bite your feet when they moved etc, super arousal to anything that moved. She’s still got work to do, not all dogs are the same, but she’s improved tenfold and just needs to keep a calm head in busy exciting environments. She’s a dog that needs to just go to the park and sit around, go down the street and sit on a bench etc. Just because a dog is high energy doesn’t mean high energy activities are the answer…. Tbh, it can sometimes make the habits worse. Do Less, Achieve More.
