Happy Christmas Eve to everyone

I want to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for you generosity and kindness in donating to feeding the children in an orphanage in Uganda.
Collectively we have raised enough to feed 154 children with an amazing total of £539.
I have to say Gerry was overwhelmed when I gave him your donations.
He asked me to thank you all very much for your kindness.
Those children will feel so thankful for something so small to us.
From the bottom of my heart I thank you.
Thank you to everyone who shared the post and asked their friends also to donate every penny donated for us as far as we did.
Thank you all from the children from Gerry and from Zara and I x

Our appeal for everyone to come together to feed 450 children in an orphanage in Uganda, a rice and chicken meal with a soda drink and a small gift the only gift they will receive.
The meal it’s self will be the greatest gift to these children x
To date, in less than 48hrs, with the response from my amazing family, friends and our customers.
We are at donations for 109 children.
I physically have £381.50 to give to Gerry to feed the children.
My goal I should say, is to manage to raise enough for the 450 children in the orphanage Gerry currently looks after for all their needs, through his fund raising, donations and donations from his kids in need shop and the donations from the Xmas fare he currently still has running.
If we all can all come together and give this gift to all of them from us as a community of friends and family, it means he can use the other moneys to help with other things.
All our money goes to this cause, not 5% as with many other “charities “###
Let’s keep going and do this as a group, it’s the best Xmas gift you will ever give I promise you all that x

I know it’s not the easiest time to be asking.
But am gonna ask anyway.
So Gerry, who deals with the children in need in Uganda as well as all the other good he does for ppl in need, is looking for donations to help give the children in Uganda an amazing Xmas.
He would like to manage to give every child in his orphanages a chicken and rice Xmas dinner a can of soda and a small gift.
This can be done for as little as £3.50 a child.
If you would like to donate, even for one child, please get back to me and we can arrange your donation.
I’d love to surprise Gerry with a great response to my posts.
Let’s get together and make something big.
I know things are tight, but let’s see if we each can find enough for at least one child.

From Zee n Ms pet supplies Fauldhouse.
Good afternoon,
To all our current and future customers.
We have just received an anonymous phone call from someone who claims to be a loyal customer of ours.
They have told us they have heard through a dog waking group, that we bag up food, and charge astronomical amounts for this.
just to be clear.
The only food that is bagged here is as follows….
Pointer beef gravy Bones
Pointer chicken gravy bones
Pointer milky bones and
Pointer back in bites.
We purchase these treats as a large box, and look at the retail for the box, then bag the dog treats to amount to equivalent we would sell the whole box for if we sold it retail.
If you are a loyal customer and have shopped here regular then you will know the only bagged products we sell are the four products I have mentioned.
These are also not advertised as something to give your dog as a treat should they have special dietary needs.
We have bagged and sold these treats since the day we opened this shop two and a half yrs ago, and have never ever increased the price.
We are still selling these at the same price they were when the previous owners had the shop serveral years ago.
Also, when we purchase a new box they are put to the bottom of the tub so that the old stock is at the top, just as it should be in any shop when replenishing stock.
Anyone is welcome to come into our shop and check every price of every item and you will see, unlike many shops, we only sell products at the recommended retail price.
Our suppliers are Best pets Cambuslang. Please feel free to look at any product we have, and compare to their recommended retail price. You will see they are exactly the same.
Should you purchase a product for your dog and your dog has dietary needs it’s always worth double checking the packaging to ensure it suits your pets needs.
We only sell two grain free meal products in the shop.
That is, Dr John grain free.
And occasionally we sell Wagg grain free.
You can check the contents of these products online and certainly on the back of the packaging.
Apparently we have sold someone a product that’s says it’s grain free and that the persons dog had very loose bowel movements since. We have been accused of selling cheap rubbish.
Some people have bought one brand for their dogs dietary needs that has not suited and switched to an alternative brand that has suited. This is quite common.
We would not no, if what you purchase is going to suit your dogs.
We have not had one complaint in the two and a half years we have been open.
We pride ourselves on our customer relationships and always do our level best to help and advise our customers.
You are the reason we are open and are running our own little business, which we love.
When we opened our little shop, we hardly knew one dog end from the other and through yourselves and our own research we are proud to have gained the knowledge that we can advise you.
Remember, it’s advice we don’t claim to be experts, nor do we claim to be vets.
We are incredibly upset by this anonymous phone call and have always encouraged
Our customers to let us know if there is anything they are not happy with.
We pride ourselves on having created a shop that makes you feel like your part of the family.

They were coming in together but for unforeseen circumstances they have had to be cancelled.

On the shop side of the business, we purchased some pick and mix buns for your dogs natural treats at the weekend
This morning did some rearranging and this is how the shop is looking now.

Just so u all know.

With the amount of no shows this week alone we have lost £300.
We are at the end our tether in all honesty with the total disregard for our business and the sheer lack of concern or understanding of the impact this has on our business or us financially, you just not bothering to come to the appointments YOU have made, or don’t even give us as asked, at least 48hrs notice, not even 24hrs notice to give us a chance to get someone else booked in.
We are actually so disappointed.
We offer a great service.
We offer your dogs a one to one service to make their groom as comfy relaxed and easily as possible for them.
We don’t have half a dozen dogs in our salon at a time we have one as that’s the service we want to give you. Not many offer this in a salon for sure.
Our prices we are using are prices that were being used three yrs ago.
We give you a great friendly service provide you with a wealth of advice as after care and tips on home grooming all for the benefit of you and your dogs comfort.
Please realise this is our business our sole income and we rely on the appointments that are made to pay our bills.
Like most we are also living week to week and need a wage.
Going forward with NO exception anyone who has had one no show will be
asked to pay 50% of the groom they book and anyone with 2 no shows will be asked to pay in full for the next appointment and these payments will be classed as a booking fees and will be non refundable.

So I have great news if you are struggling to find a good groomer for your dog.

We have a limited amount of spaces available for new customers.
We work on a first come first served basis.
So if this is something you are looking for then do contact us.
Our unique service that we provide is that we only have one dog at a time in our salon being groomed.
Unless that is people ask for us to take all their dogs in at the same so they can all be together throughout their grooms.

We pride ourselves on our one to one service our customer relationships and building relationships with your dogs to make their grooms a bit less of a stress for them as not many are like us humans and just love a pamper.
We are here to give your dog the look you desire for them so are more than happy for you to be detailed in what you want.
We are also happy to receive any feedback to ensure you receive the service you are paying for.
Remember we also have a shop for all your dogs needs
