Missed Appointments

We have had a lot of people not show for appointments as a business we cannot sustain this. Wouldn’t it be terrible if you went to work and Boss said you’re not getting paid.

We are now enforcing 100% grooming cost for no shows.

Please if you cannot make your appointment let me know at least 24 hours in advance I have people looking for appointments and cannot get them in the others are not turning up.

Sorry for the rant.
