Happy August Bank Holiday weekend to you all.
Yet again we are going to have to remind clients that the main gate to the field MUST be closed and padlocked when you leave after your session. More and more messages are being received by us whereby the gate is found not secured and this really is not good enough.
It may ‘only be a field’ but it is our property and when you are using our facilities the very least you can do is keep it clean (pick up your dogs poo) and keep it secure (lock the gate behind you when you leave).
We’re sure that when you set off to use the dog park you don’t leave your own house door open for anyone to walk in to your property….

Good afternoon all,

So we seem to be having quite few instances of the exterior gate not being padlocked back up after sessions.

Please can we ask that you re padlock the gate when you leave, it’s not a difficult task and secures our park from vandalism and freeloaders.

We do not have many rules as we want everyone to enjoy their time with their
dogs, so please can everyone just remember this simple task that protects this facility.

Polite Notice to all our clients

Please can we ask that you lock the padlock after your session and even if someone waiting asks you to leave it open , please decline and lock it.
We are having people saying they have a session when someone else is coming out of the park and gaining entry for free as they haven’t actually booked and paid !!
Yes we are shocked too that some people will go to such lengths to get a free session.
This simple rule will stop this undesirable behaviour from a few individuals.

Good afternoon everyone,

Please can we stress to all our clients that the time slot you book must be adhered to.
If you need to wash or dry your dogs after their playtime please do it within your time so the next client is able to gain entry to the park for their session.
Some of our clients have reactive dogs and we have a responsibility to protect those clients too who need clear access to the gate with no other dogs near.

Please please can all our clients pick up after their dog.
One of our lovely regular clients has had to pick up at least 5 piles today and that isn’t acceptable.
We provide free poo bags and bin so please keep an eye on your pooch and pick up after them.

***Customer Notice ***

Once again at the risk of sounding like a stuck record ( and I know the younger generation won’t have a clue about that! ) can we ask that customers arrive for their session no more than 5-10 minutes before it is due to begin to negate any chance of upsetting any reactive dogs that may already be in the park. Also we have had a couple of instances of the exterior gate being left unpadlocked after clients have left their session.
This obviously leaves the park open to vandalism, joyriding idiots on motorbikes and of course the odd freeloading chancer who could use the facilities without booking and paying for the privilege.
On the whole for the last 15 months that we’ve been open the park has run very smoothly and that is due in large part to you our lovely faithful customers so thank you all so much and please let’s keep it that way going forward.
