Well what a fantastic day at Upper Batley Riding Club!!
Fabulous atmosphere, lovely judge and steward who both too time to encourage and motivate the competitors.
Amazing rosettes and sashes and a big thank to to all who sponsored the classes .
A long but brilliant day.

Notice For Tomorrow’s Show.. 🏆

▪️Gates open at 8am
▪️Drive through the yard, through the first field through the gate at the top & into the shoe field
▪️Please use the bins provided
▪️No mucking out horseboxes/trailers on the show field
▪️The field is used for horses summer turnout so please treat it with respect
▪️Numbers for those who have pre entered to be collected from the entries office
▪️Entries are taken on the day CASH ONLY

We are looking for anyone who would be kind enough to sponsor either a class or a championship at our show in 29th August. As we are just having the one show we would like to make it extra special.
So if anyone could offer anything we would be extremely grateful and a list of sponsors will be displayed on the day if anyone wants to bring leaflets or business cards etc.

We have 2 cancellations on our 2 week Lunging and Long reining course this Saturday 27th November and next Saturday 4th December .
£30 per session
Theory and practical sessions
Why we lunge
What equipment we use and why
Do’s and dont’s of lunging
Problems discussed
The benefits of long reining
Why should we do it
Correct use of equipment
How to fit and check equipment
Relaxed and informal sessions
No experience needed
Open to anyone who wants to learn or improve skills
Commitment to both sessions required
