We would like to remind all our valued customers of our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before your scheduled time. This can be done by contacting us via email, sending us a message, or using the link in your booking confirmation email.

💡 Please note:

🌟 If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
🌟 Rescheduling is not possible within 12 hours of your booking.
🌟 Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
